Bagore ki haveli
This place is located at gangaur ghat near the lake pichhola. It was built by Amar chand Badwa the prime minister
of mewar in the 18th century. This enormous palace has around a hundred rooms that showcases modern art and costumes
The mirrors and glassses of the palace are inspired by classic haveli style architecture. The glasswork is represented by two
pieces of peacocks made up of coloured glasses. The palace has a queens chamber, the walls of which showcases a preserved
Mewar painting. Bagore ki haveli remained in the possession of the mewar state until 1947, moreover, after independence,
it was handed to the west zone culture by the governement of rajasthan. Today the bagore ki haveli is preserved as a musuem
which reflects the aristocratic culture of mewar. Dharohar Dance show is a famous attraction at the place, which shows many popular
folk dances like Ghoomar, Bhawai, Kalbeli, puppet show and live music etc.
