Rayta Hills

The Rayta Hills, an area of natural hills next to Udaipur, are remnants of the ancient Aravalli range, one of the world’s oldest mountain systems.
They were mainly used for protection and trade in the Mewar region and were difficult to conquer because of their steep nature.
Although Rayta Hills are not home to any palaces or forts, the surrounding hills were, in the past, used by local communities for grazing, travel routes,
and seasonal activities. Rayta Hills won’t be forsaken by the windmills’ recognition and, along with that, the area’s transition toward renewable energy
and protecting the region’s natural beauty was really the main aspect of the region’s recognition. They now attract tourists due to the large panoramic
view of Udaipur, the nice atmosphere, and the stunning scenes of sunrise and sunset, which all create a serene environment for appreciating nature
and the ever-unfolding tale of the region
